Services
Ranketry provides GEO Revenue Reports that analyze websites for AI-driven search visibility and provide recommendations for improvement. Our reports include analysis, prioritized recommendations, effort estimates, and payback projections.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order for a GEO Revenue Report:
- You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your website
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated price
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Orders are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
Delivery
We aim to deliver your GEO Revenue Report within 1-3 business days of payment. Delivery times may vary based on website complexity. Reports are delivered by email as PDF documents.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your GEO Revenue Report, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@ranketry.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, provide a refund.
Refunds are not available after 14 days or if we reasonably believe the refund request is fraudulent.
Intellectual Property
The GEO Revenue Report you receive is licensed for your personal and business use. You may share the report with team members and contractors working on your behalf. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the report without our written permission.
All other content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ranketry and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer
Our GEO Revenue Reports provide analysis and recommendations based on our assessment of your website at a point in time. We do not guarantee:
- Specific revenue outcomes or increases
- Improvements in search rankings or visibility
- That implementing recommendations will achieve estimated results
Estimates for effort, impact, and payback are projections based on industry experience and should be considered approximations, not guarantees.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranketry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any errors or omissions in our reports
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any third-party actions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal purpose
- Submit websites you do not own or have authority to analyze
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our services
- Attempt to access our systems without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to Terms
